works on any quantity of rice
- was rice really well till water runs clean
- touch finger to surface of the rice. fill water till your first knuckle nearest your nail
- set uncovered pot on gas on high
- let pot come to a rolling boil, then cover and turn down flame to lowest
- leave it untouched on lowest sim for exactly 15 mins
- turn off gas and leave it covered to steam cook, till you serve.
